Credit card payments (VISA, Master) are available. Providing customers with maximum convenience in payment is also one of our missions. With PayPal, you will easily pay and complete your purchase as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following policies.

Returns

We accept returns of products that have been shipped by us and if the product is defective due to our fault (e.g. wrong product or damaged product). The product must be returned with the purchase invoice. To complete the return, we require a receipt or invoice. Please contact our support team via email flexboxshopsp123@gmail.com for more information. Please note that you will be charged for return shipping.

Refunds

Our policy is effective within 3 days of receipt. If it has been more than 72 hours since you received the item, unfortunately we are unable to issue you a refund or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain period of time.

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially credited. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes a processing time (5 business days) before the refund is credited. Cancel an order

You can only cancel an order within 6 hours of the time of purchase on the same day. Please note that cancellations will incur an administration, processing and transaction fee (5% of the total order value). Full refunds are only applicable for order conversions. When you place a new order, our system will automatically cancel the old order and refund 100%.
